What are some concordances, dictionaries, and translations for reading the Bible in its respective original languages? OT in hebrew, and the NT in greek(Im rather sure the 4 evangelists were writing in greek, and latin come later trough st jerome).
Are there any established courses for this? So far Im reading the Vulgate translation with a side-by-side english translation.
recommendations on verse-by- verse commentaries also welcome!

I recommend the Biblehub app for looking at different Bible versions and also line by line commentaries.

I have a bardback copy of the New Jerusalem Bible. However, I very much dislike some of the scholarly introductions to each chapter. They feel very 'off' to me and seem designed to degrade the Biblical basis of our Faith. I found the following video to be a breath of fresh air in outlining the problems with various Bible versions and commentaries.
