Refuges That Are Now Being Prepared
By Our Blessed Mother and The Holy Spirit"

Introduction
My name is John, and family and I are now living in the Texas Hill Country. I was born in San Antonio, Texas and I am happily married to a wonderful Catholic born-again Christian. I am a retired Catholic Deacon who is in love with the Blessed Holy Trinity and Our Lady, the Mother of Jesus.

I have a Spiritual Director with whom I have shared almost all aspects of my spiritual experiences, a journey I humbly attribute totally to the graces of God and Our Lady. It has taken me over 34 years to write what I am going to share with you.

At the very beginning of this journey, I truly did not understand what was happening to me. I have experienced visions, locutions and spiritual instructions by our Blessed Mother. I do not know why the Lord selected me to receive this spiritual information; there are many others so much more worthy.

I ask for anyone that might read this message to remember that all private revelations, visions and spiritual prophecy must be carefully discerned. Satan can try to imitate things that we think are from God. We must be very careful and pray for discernment from the Holy Spirit. We are called to pray, repent of our Sins and open our hearts to God. We must all turn to God with our whole hearts.

I was told by the Lord to wait and not to share the first part of His Plan until now. His Plan for mankind has already started to unfold. At this time, He has given me permission to share some of my spiritual experiences. Evil is running rampant and things have been set in motion. We are in the great Spiritual Warfare that Jesus foretold in the Gospels. World and local events have resulted in the unfolding of God’s plan. It is not a matter of years before this will take place; It has already started now. It will all happen a lot sooner than the world expects.

Background
To give you some background, I am a cradle Catholic who was raised in a poor neighborhood on the Southside of San Antonio, Texas. I attended CCD at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church and our teachers were wonderful nuns dressed in full habits. Something within me needed to know more about this man called Jesus and His Mother Mary, whom the nuns told us was also our mother. As I grew older, I had come to the conclusion that the best way to get to Heaven was to join Bingo, Fish Fry’s and other Church activities and attend Mass on Sunday to get a star when I got to Heaven. On Sunday, by my narrow way of thinking, I was doing God a favor by going to Mass. I thought I had all the answers and that I could call on God when I got in trouble. I thought I was a good Catholic and the non-catholics were going to Hell! (I was ignorant and confused)

In 1979, at around 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, my wife woke me up screaming that there was a man dressed like a monk kneeling on the side of the bed; he was praying for me. She pointed to him, but I could not see him. She could not understand why I could not see him, so she turned on the lights and continued to point to this man praying by me. I thought either my wife was going nuts, or some unnatural man (ghost) was next to me. A few months later, I saw my wife coming towards me looking much shaken, as if she had seen a ghost. She told me that she had seen a holy card of the monk that had been praying for me at the side of the bed. She showed me the holy card, and it was Padre Pio.

I called my Pastor, Father Flanagan, and I explained to him what had taken place earlier that morning. He listened and told me that he would pray for me. I felt something within me that was seeking answers Father Flanagan directed me to go to a prayer group at St. Henry De Oso Catholic School on Wednesday evenings. When I walked in, I thought that I had entered into the holiness of God. I saw over 300 people raising their hands to heaven and praising God. They were singing in a beautiful language that I did not understand. The room was full of love and joy. I had never experienced this in the Catholic Church. My wife and I joined this prayer group, and could not get enough of Holy Scriptures. I asked the leader of the prayer group, Dan De Celles, if I could help in some way. He gave me the job of setting up the chairs before the start of the prayer group. After seeing the faces of my new brothers and sisters, I asked God to please give me what they had.. The only prayers that I knew as a Catholic was the Our Father and the Hail Mary; I needed and wanted more,

On a personal note, after returning from Vietnam, I was very troubled and traumatized. I had also been unemployed for some time, and was struggling mightily with myself as well as the practical reality of making a living. I felt like giving up and asked God to take me home to Him. One bleak day, as I was sitting down in my backyard, my heart started to beat very fast and I could not breathe. I felt like passing out. I thought I was dying, and asked my wife to drive me to St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. I remember the nuns telling us that the best place to die was in front of the Blessed Sacrament in church, and that is what I wanted to do. When we arrived at the church, Father Flanagan was walking a German Shepard dog in front of the church. When I opened the door of the car, I saw the person of Jesus in front of me. I was startled; I looked into His eyes and He stretched his hands out to me, as if asking me to come to Him.

I turned around to tell my wife and Jesus disappeared. I asked Father Flanagan if he had seen a man in front of the Church and he indicated that he had not. I was puzzled.. I went inside the church and looked for Him but could not find Him. I prayed to God for direction and help. I remembered that my mother used to light a candled after she prayed in church. I did not have any money, but I lit a candle and made an IOU for $1.00. I did the same thing every day for 7 days and nothing happened. I became upset, and said to myself: if I cannot find Jesus in my Church, I will go to other churches and look for Him. I left the Catholic Church and went to various non-Catholic churches. I was so desperate that I even went to a witch doctor, visited the Masons and others similar groups.

After seven months of searching I found Jesus. I was in my den and praying for direction. Suddenly, there was a beautiful presence of holiness around me. I fell to my knees, and started crying because I knew how much I had offended God. I heard God say that I had been like a black onion, and that it had taken all this time to remove the many peels from the onion. The onion peels were my sins. He showed me that as onion peels were removed, one at a time, I was being cleansed until there was nothing left except for my dust. I saw my dust in His hand, and he blew the dust and told me that I was ready to serve Him. The problem was not the Catholic Church; the problem was me. He was only 16 inches from my nose. He dwelt in my heart.

 

After that experience, I asked Father Flanagan to be my Spiritual Director, and he agreed (he is now a retired Bishop). He instructed me in various ways, and encouraged me to apply to the Permanent Deaconate Program. I was ordained in 1982.

After my encounter with the Lord, my life started to change. I became very involved with the Charismatic Prayer Group. In a Charismatic Prayer Group there is a time for Prayer, Praising, Song and Prophecy. A prophetic word came forth from my lips that I did not understand as I was seeing the Blessed Virgin Mary walking and blessing us in the group. The night this happened, the prayer group leader told me that the Lord had spoken to him and told him that I, John, was to take over as prayer group leader. Dan had been prayer group leader for over 20 years; I tried to tell him that all I knew was to put up chairs for the prayer group. He told me not to worry, but to put my trust in God and ask Our Lady to guide and teach me. Again, I fell to my knees, and could not stop crying because I did not know what to do. The next morning, I called my Spiritual Director, and he told me to pray to the Holy Spirit and Our Blessed Mother for guidance.

As the new prayer group leader, I immediately called the Archdiocese Charismatic Liaison to the Archbishop, Father Enda. I told him that, as the new leader of the prayer group at St. Vincent De Paul, I was offering our help. I read all that I could on being a Christian leader, and sought out Catholic seminars. I found out that in the 125 parishes in the Archdiocese, we only had 5 Prayer Groups. I was invited to a dinner meeting in the evening to meet with the other prayer group leaders and was overjoyed because now I would learn from them. I saw them in prayer and rejoicing in the Lord, but my desire was to learn more about God. Dinner was over, and we said our goodbyes.

As I had forgotten my Bible inside, I went in to get it and encountered Father Enda, who asked me what I thought of the meeting. It was difficult for me to say this to a priest, but I told him that I had a good dinner, but needed and wanted more spiritual nourishment. He asked if I had any ideas or suggestions of what to do, and I said that maybe I did. He asked if I could meet with him in the morning at St. James Church.

That night I went home and prayed for direction as to what the Lord wanted me to say. I started to receive messages and directions as to what needed to be done. I wrote them on three 4 x 5 white boards. I was at St. James Church, and met Father Enda at 9:30 am. He greeted me warmly, and we prayed before I presented to him my ideas and suggestions. I started my presentation which lasted almost an hour without a response from Father Enda. I assumed that I had messed up. He was quiet for about 10 minutes, and then he got up from his chair, came over to me, took my hand and told me “Welcome, John you are now the Director to the Charismatic Renewal for the Archdiocese and you will be my assistant”. Eventually, Father Enda and I were two of 800 people selected throughout the World and were asked to go to Rome for a Renewal Conference. The Archbishop gave us a letter to the Vatican for an audience with St John Paul II. I also had the honor of meeting Mother Theresa

Once again I was guided to pray before the Blessed Sacrament and asked for direction of what God wanted from me. I asked the Holy Spirit and Our Lady to help and guide me. Something had changed within me. All fear was gone and the Spirit of the Lord was upon me. I received a message that the Lord wanting His children to come together for a weekend in San Antonio. He was telling me to invite both Catholics and non-Catholic Christians. He wanted us to rent the largest arena in San Antonio, Texas. We rented the arena where the San Antonio Spurs played. We had no money, but we knew that God was in control. We formed a Core Group to pray for discernment and counsel. The Lord had given me the Scriptural passage John 23:17: “Father that they all be one as You and I are One”.

We agreed that I would visit all 125 parishes and speak to each group. I was amazed but not surprised that the Holy Spirit and Our Lady were leading us. Our convention was to take place on Pentecost weekend. We had no idea who was going to show up. We had 800 volunteers from all the 125 parishes and other non-Catholic churches. We were amazed as to what took place. There were many healings, conversions, miracles and reconciliation with fallen-away Catholics. 18,000 people showed up!

There were many other miracles, revelation and visions that were taking place in my life to prepare me for was to take place in the future.

I shared the lengthy testimony above to show the context of the revelations I am about to share:

 

Places of Refuge
When I attended the prayer group at St. Henry the Oso School, I was asked to attend a Life in the Spirit Seminar. I happily agreed. It is a seven day seminar that teaches us about our Church, Our Lord and the Holy Spirit. When hands were laid on each person attending to receive the Holy Spirit, all the participants received various gifts as indicated in 1 Corinthians 12:1-11. I did not receive anything.

There was a tremendous joy among all of the attendees, but I was disappointed in thinking that I did not receive one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I was still happy but somewhat puzzled by this.

After the seminar, the following morning an event took place within me that took another turn in my spiritual life. It happened in the fall of 1979, between Comfort, Texas and the Texas Hill Country. I am a construction contractor, and the morning after the Life in the Spirit seminar, I had an appointment at the VA Hospital in Kerrville, Texas. As I was driving and praising the Lord, all of sudden I began to pray and sing in a strange language. I felt a tremendous peace and love all around me. It seemed like someone else was driving my truck and I was just along for the ride.

The Lord then spoke to me, and showed me a vision of the future, a revelation of coming events. Most of what was shown to me on that day I did not fully understand. The Lord told me that the Hill Country in Texas was going to be a “Refuge” for the future, and that I was going to play a part in His Plan. He indicated that it was Our Blessed Mother and the Holy Spirit who would be preparing these refuges for the time of horror and death that was coming. He said that many people would come from the East, the West, the North and the South. It would be a place where no sin would exist, and that his Holy Presence would be our protection. The area was very large, and thousands of people would be guided by Our Lady and the Holy Spirit to gather in this area for sanctuary and for protection. He indicated that there would be many refuges throughout the earth to save God’s people from harm and to prepare for the coming of His Son. He stated that there would be seven persons that he had selected for the preparation of this place of refuge, and those individuals would be selected and anointed by God himself. He told me that if I looked for these persons that I would not find them. At the unfolding of His Plan, I would know them by their Spirit. The Lord also told me that I would be moving to the Texas Hill Country in the future, and that one of my Spiritual Directors, Fr. Enda, would also be sent there. Through a series of God-incidents, we have indeed moved to the Texas Hill Country as has Father Enda.

There is much more to share, but I was told not to disclose certain revelations until I am told to do so. The Lord said that I would walk alone for many years, and that I must be like an ordinary but good brother to my brothers and sisters in Christ. He indicated that the time coming would be similar to the time of Joseph, but much worse.

As I was praying in front of the Blessed Sacrament: Our Blessed Mother appeared to me in a locution. In prayer, I was lifted up into the sky. It seemed like I was in space or near the moon; I could see the earth completely black. I asked Our Lady why the earth was completely black. She responded that the BLACKNESS was the SIN of man covering the earth. As we were dropping down towards the earth I saw small white lights in various parts of the earth. The largest was in the Texas Hill Country. She told me that these white lights were Refuges that She was preparing to protect God’s children from all the evil that would surround us. She told me that the black areas would be destroyed, and that the world had to be cleaned before the coming of her Son The refuges were for God’s people that were to enter into a New Era Of Peace. She showed me and continued to explain what was needed to prepare for the Refuges!

There are many other revelations that I have been shown, but was told to keep to myself until I am told to disclose them. What I am sharing with you is currently taking place or developing rapidly. My family and are now living in the Texas Hill Country. My Spiritual Director, after 20 years of not seeing each other, has been sent to our parish. The words and messages that I was shown/ told are coming to pass without any personal effort or steering on my part. We have encountered other people, and even some pastors, that have received the same or similar messages, and have moved to this area. I have been asked to speak in various locations about Jesus, and have travelled all over the country when invited.

In Closing
I have a deep feeling that the Holy Spirit and Our Lady are telling us to come together, and share with each other what we sense and know is coming. My sense is that we need to establish a central point of contact and information for the coming times. I ask that anyone who might read these messages please discern all that I have shared. May all praise and glory be to God, and may Our Blessed Mother continue to pray and intercede for us.

Seeking our Place of Refuge We Must First Find Ourselves.
I have seen and read many websites of people sensing urgency as to what is coming to mankind. Many do not know what to do or whom to contact. However, the Holy Spirit and Our Blessed Mother are preparing Refuges for us; we will know exactly what to do. There is no doubt that what is coming is real and the SIN of mankind is causing a chastisement as the world has never seen before. The true believers will be prepared and saved.

Many are doing what they feel needs to be done by prayer, saving food, building shelters-----all of that is very good. At the very beginning of my journey, I was of the same mind set. The Lord has taught me that I must seek Him first and all things will be revealed at the appropriate time. On my last writing, I shared that I saw the whole world in blackness. As Our Lady was lowering me down to earth, I asked Her what the “White Lights” were, and she told me that those would be Refuges that the Holy Spirit and Her Son Jesus were preparing. The Black was SIN and it would be destroyed by God the Father. She said that all evil must be destroyed before Her son would return. These Refuges were for God’s Children. It was hard to understand then, but now I recognize the meaning of this message.

What is reality? What I will share with you is the “reality” that I learned from Our Lord and Our Lady. It’s important to realize that I continue to learn and be taught each day. These messages and revelations are not for any certain religion, but for all Christian children of God, regardless of Christian denominations. The first lesson is that we must understand that we are living in Two Worlds. The Spiritual and the Natural, and that each affects the other. Angels and demons are all around us and we need the Grace of God to protect ourselves from the evil ones. I will explain Spiritual Warfare in another teaching, but now we must understand that if the whole world is against us and we stand alone with God, we are in the majority.

One of my experiences of reality came In the mid-sixties. We had the Vietnam War with many pros and cons concerning this conflict. Families were at home watching Walter Cronkite reporting on the fighting taking place in Vietnam as some people joked and discussed the deaths and destruction of a country that no one really knew. We saw it from our living rooms and kitchen tables. It was almost like watching a movie. We had no idea what was really taking place in Vietnam. I was one of them. When I received my Military Orders to go to Vietnam, I was happy to fight for my country. We departed from Travis AFB in San Francisco and we partied all the way to Saigon. As we arrived at Tan Sa Nut AFB, reality started to set in. When the door to the aircraft was opened, all of us felt the heat of reality as we saw and smelled death. It hit us beyond belief as we departed the plane and, on the runway saw the body bags of the men who had been killed. Choppers and sirens carrying the wounded were all over the runway. We saw helicopters fly with their weapons shooting at the enemy and we jumped into bunkers as the bombs were hitting the runway. This was my introduction to the “Reality” of Vietnam.

Once each of us senses in our spirit that there are significant events coming, we must seek God. He is the only answer, and His protection and love are beyond our understanding. This is the reason I titled this message that we must first find ourselves in order to be prepared and ready to serve God. The Lord is calling each of us to be his servants of love. I believe that the Lord is forming His warriors for the spitual battle that is to come. Are you open to be part of this Army of God? It will not be easy, but the rewards are beyond words.

The first thing we need to do is to pray to God and accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We need to ask Jesus to baptize us in the Holy Spirit, to open up our eyes and our hearts so that He can show us what He wants from each of us. We need the Holy Spirit to guide us to other brothers and sisters that have the same sense of urgency. The greatest gift we can give to each other is our true Christian fellowship and love.

If you have had a Christian baptism, regardless of your denomination, you have the Holy Spirit. Most of us take it for granted. When we ask for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, we are asking for the “Release of the gifts of the Holy Spirit” that we received at baptism. Many of us may not be aware of this tremendous Helper and Gift. We can ask our pastors, our Christian friends or go directly to Jesus and ask for prayer for the release of the Holy Spirit in us. Remember, we live in two worlds.

 

More On the Refuges
What I was told and shown is that we will know before events take place. The Lord and Our Lady are reaching out to many Christians to be part of the preparation for Chastisement. A warning will take place first. God will give everyone a second chance to choose Him or the evil one. I am sharing this with you because we are called to form communities of believers in several parts of the USA and other parts of the world.

Some people have been shown visions of different refuges. I can only share what was shown to me. The Refuge that was shown to me in the Texas Hill Country was over 300 Square miles. The presence of angels and Our Lady would be there. People with different skills will work in order to serve the Refuge Community. I will share more as the Holy Spirit leads me.

Many people are building bunkers, storing food and spending thousands of dollars in preparation. That is okay, but may not work because this war consists of Spiritual Warfare. If we are not prepared spiritually with God, we are wasting time and money. I ask that you pray and ask the Lord as to what to do. He has the answer for each of us.

I was also shown different parts of the country that would no longer exist. (I ask for your discernment on this). This will not be a man-made calamity, but due to natural disasters.

This is the first general sharing that I have done in 32+ years. I was waiting for Him to tell me when to share with my Christian brothers and sister. There is still much more that I need to share and I hope and pray that these few comments and sharing will give you some insight as to what I have been shown.

I ask that you pray for me and my family, and for all people of God that are being anointed and selected to do the Will of God.

I leave you with this beautiful prayer from Ephesians 3:14-19

This then is what I pray, kneeling before the Father, from whom every family, whether spiritual or natural takes its name.

Out of His infinite Glory, may he give you the power through His Spirit for your hidden self to grow strong, so that Christ may live in your hearts through faith, and then planted in love and built on love you will with all the saints, have the strength to grasp the breath and the length, the height and the depth; until knowing the love of Christ, which is beyond all knowledge, you are filled with the utter fullness of God.

The Holy Trinity is the God of the Impossible
Many of us take for granted the love and the life the Lord has given us. We can rationalize and artificially try to explain areas of life that are puzzling. However, who can explain the wonders of God? Miracles, visions, prophecy, bleeding statues, healings, locutions, apparitions of Our Lady, etc… Who can explain them? Many of us have seen the movie “Song of Bernadette”. I like the caption that says “To those that have faith no explanation is necessary … for those who don’t have faith no explanation is enough.” (St. Thomas Aquinas). Our Lord is the God of understanding the impossible in faith.

Before I get into the preparation of the Refuges, I want to address this issue of the natural versus the supernatural. . How do we explain to our “natural self” what is actually “supernatural” in nature? There are many human mysteries that are impossible to explain in the natural. Let me recount a few of these known to me…..

At the end of World War II, an atomic bomb was dropped in Hiroshima, Japan. A short distance from ground zero was a small Catholic Church and seven German priests who were praying the Holy Rosary at the time this fearsome bomb was dropped---- literally on them! The atomic bomb killed thousands of people. Almost everyone within a one mile radius of the bomb drop was killed, either from the initial impact of the atomic explosion or from the radiation that followed. Yet, how do we explain that the seven priests praying the Rosary had no ill effects? Scientists were baffled because they couldn’t explain nor understand how these seven priests did not suffer any illness or side effects.

Another such supernatural incident took place in a Nazi concentration camp built to genocide the Jews, Christians and others who were not in agreement with the Hitler regime. One such holy angel was Corrie ten Boom. She and her family helped Jews escape the Nazi Holocaust during World War II and, by all accounts, saved nearly 800 lives. Eventually, Corrie was arrested and sent to a concentration camp. She was a devout Christian who was in complete love with God and evangelized by reading and teaching from her Bible. I remember hearing her amazing testimony. She explained how they were herded into the concentration camp, and further described how all the women and men were forced to remove their clothing and all private possessions until they were all completely naked. The Nazis wanted to make sure that nothing was smuggled into the concentration camps. Corrie, however, refused to give up her Holy Bible, and went through several checkpoints carrying her Bible out in the open---yet none of the guards saw her Bible in her hand! She was the light of God in the concentration camp, bringing hope and the love of God to those around her. How do you naturally explain why none of the guards noticed the Word of God in her hands?

You may also have heard the story of Nicky Cruz or read his book The Cross and the Switchblade. I was invited by Faith Outreach Church, a group that works with drug addicts, alcoholics, prostitutes etc…and was asked by the Pastor to join them and to invite my fellow Catholic brothers and sisters to attend a conference with Nicky Cruz in San Antonio, Texas. It was to start at 7:00 p.m. at a nice hotel in downtown San Antonio. I invited several friends, and about 50 to 60 from our group showed up. We all sat down and were waiting for the members of Faith Outreach. When not a single person (but our group) showed up, Nicky Cruz was puzzled, and was by himself praying to the Lord. I went to him immediately and told him that we would help. Nicky felt more comfortable with our help, and he shared with us many spiritual adventures that he experienced while serving God. It was such an anointed evening, and everyone was rejoicing and praising the Lord. I eventually became good friends with Nicky, and was able to ask him a question that had been on my mind for years. When we were alone, I asked Nicky “Why did you run after you threatened to kill Pastor David Wilkerson and went at him with your knife”? Nicky answered and said “John, when I started to cut David, he told me that if I cut him into a million pieces they would cry out to me and forgive and love me. The reason I ran was because as I was slashing David with my switchblade, my hand and knife went right through his body, not touching or hurting him”. From that moment on, I knew that David’s God was God.

My friends, our God is the God of the Impossible!

I share these experiences to try to illuminate what I am sharing with you. I was told that I am to teach and bring God’s message of love and hope to you. We all need our faith to be cultivated and nourished with the mighty works of God.

The Refuges
What I have shared hopefully will give you a better understanding of the spiritual world versus the natural world. Remember, we are walking and living in two worlds each second of our lives. It took me a long time to understand that nothing is impossible to God as He exists in the supernatural world.

When our Blessed Mother took me up from the earth to show me the future, and as I was subsequently coming down, I asked Our Lady about the Refuge, noticing that there was a large area covered by a thin dome. She explained that each Refuge would be protected by the Grace and Glory of God. She told me that no evil would see nor know where the refuges were. She showed me how the Lord would provide food and shelter to those invited into the Refuge. She revealed how God’s angels would be helping us. Our Blessed Mother indicated that some of us would go outside the Refuge in order to bring people into the Refuge. I was shown the people that had been invited and who were working as a Christian community sharing God’s Love. There were no sad faces, only faces that were brilliant in the holy presence of the Lord. I saw my wife working with children, and how all of us had a purpose and mission inside and outside the Refuge.

At the very beginning, the Lord told me that there are seven persons being prepared for leadership by the Lord for this time of tribulation. As I have shared before, the Lord indicted that if I looked for them I would not find them.

 

My Test of Faith
In my journey of faith I encountered many hurdles. As I grew spiritually through the Holy Spirit, I enjoyed evangelizing and sharing with our brethren about Jesus. I became very confident in what the Lord and Our Lady were teaching me. I was becoming very secure in my faith and my trust in God, and was invited frequently as a guest speaker in several areas around the country. When my talks were over, I would have altar calls and invite people to come forward to accept Jesus Christ into their lives. At times, some were invited to receive the Holy Spirit and receive the gifts promised to us in 1 Corinthians 12: 4 -11. Many miracles, conversions and healings took place during these events. God alone was working miracles, for all the glory goes to God who indeed is the Great Healer and Lord of miracles. Sometimes, maybe out of pride, I would say to my friends and relatives that I was not afraid to die. My faith was soon severely tested in this regard.

One night I became very sick with fever and other related symptoms. I asked my wife to take me to ER at Santa Rosa Hospital. The doctor checked me out, and told me that I was just coming down with flu. Being Hispanic I told my wife to stop by Mi Tierra Restaurant and purchase for me a bowl of Menudo. (Bad choice) for that night was the worst night ever. I had chills, fever up to 103°, vomiting, hot and cold spells and overall very serious medical symptoms. I called my personal doctor and he told me to see him first thing in the morning. I was in the waiting room, and he looked at me and said “John, you are dying”. He immediately took me into his office and checked vital signs: my fever was 105°, I had a 40,000 white corpuscle blood count; my kidneys were failing. The doctor immediately told me to go to the Metropolitan Hospital.

When we arrived, the doctors and nurses were waiting for me. The nurse took my temperature and it had gone up to 108°. They removed my clothing and dunked me into a tank full of ice cold water. I overheard the doctors say that I would be lucky if I made it through the night. Fear set in and doubt started to make its way in my mind. I could not believe that God was taking me home because I still had a lot of work to do for Him.

I was afraid to die! Yup! The guy who thought he was so tough, who had proclaimed his fearlessness before death, had turned into a marshmallow. I cried out to God and fought and struggled to keep from dying for about two hours. Finally I gave up. I prayed an Act of Contrition and I let go.

I was floating forward through a red tunnel and I saw Roman soldiers in uniform looking at me and turning away. I thought I was in hell. I came to an exit through the tunnel and fear was all over me. I heard a voice tell me to look down and I saw that someone had written with their finger J-E-S-U-S. Peace then came over me. As I continued going forward, I saw thousands of people in Hell that did not have faces. They were like worms in a large pile. I could feel the horror and the absence of God. Fear set in again. The same voice told me to look up and I saw that someone had carved the name J-E-S-U-S. Peace came again. In an instant, I was taken to a place that was the last battle between good and evil. As the fighting was going on, I saw that the blood of the innocents was starting to rise up and was almost covering the battle that was taking place. I cried out to Jesus, and asked Him to remove me from that place.

In an instant I was in the middle of a beautiful valley and Jesus was in front of me. He was dressed in white with a red robe. He pointed towards the sky, and I saw a beautiful city made out of pure crystal that seemed to be floating. I could hear Jesus talk but his lips were not moving. He stretched out His right hand and told me to take this gift. I reached out and he gave me this beautiful city of crystal that was now shown to me as the size of a walnut. Jesus told me this was for me to remember what was waiting for God’s children. Everything was beautiful and peaceful. I thought I was staying.

I began floating back and I heard the voice of Our Lady. She told me that God still had a lot of work for me to complete. She shared several things regarding the time of tribulation, and she told me that the Holy Rosary was the key to God’s grace and protection. She told me that both Roman Catholics and non-Catholics would be praying the Rosary with her in the refuges that were being prepared.

I woke up the next morning and I felt great! My temperature was normal and the doctors told me that my kidneys were like those of a new baby. This was my test of faith!

I write these words as the Lord prompts and leads me, for He is urgently calling all of us to come to Him. I encourage each of you to go before the Blessed Sacrament and carefully read and discern these comments and words that I am sharing with you. After reading, close your eyes and ask the Holy Spirit to show you the accuracy and correctness of what I have written.

There is much more to share with all of you, and as I am guided by Our Lady and the Holy Spirit, I will continue to disclose these revelations and words as they are given to me. May all of us truly honor Jesus with our faith, and may we have a deep, abiding sense of the magnificence and glory of our God.

Please pray for my family and I, and for all who are seeking the truth about approaching events and their arrival.

A Time of Preparation, Teaching and Learning of God’s Plan
In my spiritual journey, I have been blessed to be taken aside by Our Lady and taught directly of things that I did not know existed. When I was involved in the ministry of evangelization, I thought I was at the top of my mission. A lot of people knew me in San Antonio; it was a good feeling, but pride was starting to set in. My “happy time” was short- lived.

One evening, when I was driving to visit a prayer meeting at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, I was reviewing my life, and was feeling content and very happy. I had a successful business, was financially secure, and enjoyed the privilege of working with all the prayer groups in the Archdiocese. God, however, was not finished with me yet. When I was driving and listening to a cassette of Our Lady of Guadalupe, I audibly heard a strong voice inside my car, and immediately I knew that it was from God the Father. He spoke to me five short words “You are to walk alone”. I was stunned! How did these words relate to me? I related this astonishing experience to my spiritual director, and he listened and prayed. In less than one year, I lost my family, my business, my ministry and all my friends. I cried out to God and asked Him … Why? I received no answer----just silence.

I felt abandoned by the Lord, and questioned why I was being punished. Soon, I would know----the drastic change was not a punishment, but a preparation for the future, In desolation and grief, I would visit a lady who was a good friend and visionary. Mrs. Castillo was 82 Years old. She comforted me in prayer and told me that the Lord had not abandoned me. She told me to be strong in the Lord, and that Satan wanted to destroy me. I needed to pray and trust almighty God. It is not easy when you do not have a place to sleep and often lack food and the basic necessities. Mrs. Castillo told me to look beside me, that there was a little Lamb right next to me. I turned around and I could see in a vision this beautiful white Lamb whose face was like that of a little baby child. The little Lamb was smiling.

For the next few months, the little Lamb was with me every place I went. If you guys think I was nuts, I do not blame you for such thoughts! The tiny Lamb was very comforting and gentle, and surrounded me with God’s love. As I was praying before the Blessed Sacrament he looked at me with a lot of joy and excitement; and asked me to follow him. He was smiling and took me into a beautiful garden with lovely, precious flowers and wonderful trees; I felt a gentle breeze of pure love. There was a white little fence separating us from a very beautiful valley. I saw at a distance a beautiful Lady walking down a small path and the little lamb was taking me to meet someone very special. As we got closer I realized that my little friend was taking me to meet His mother. Our Lady was dressed in blue and white. Her eyes and smile were so radiant and beautiful that I was deeply grateful but perplexed as to why this was happening.

The next step that the Lord had for me involved experiences, teachings and revelations from Him and our Blessed Mother. These experiences took place in locutions, but I can remember in detail all that was being revealed. I was walking alone, but Our Lady took me aside and started teaching and showing me many revelations; she made the most complex things so clear, beautiful and simple. The teachings were for a later time, and in my mind, I knew it immediately.

One day I asked Our Lady what was on the other side of the white fence. She took me to the fence, and almost immediately a door appeared. She asked me to enter, and I did so. What I experienced is beyond description or words. Everything was so clear and bright and beautiful. The grass was like velvet; a gentle breeze would sway back and forth. I could actually hear the grass and trees singing! The sky was angelic bright blue and the clouds were dancing in joy and singing with the wind. I could feel the presence of God in the entire valley. The trees, the grass, the wind were all singing in harmony. You could breathe God into your lungs and feel the sweetness of His presence in your body. The feeling of love and joy was overwhelming. I do not have the words to express what I was experiencing and being shown.

Our Blessed Mother told me that this place had been prepared by Her Son for the children of God. It was a Refuge of Refuges. I know that such a place exists because I have seen it, and I know that somehow this might be connected to the Refuges. As she took me back to the garden. the open door closed and became a simple white fence.

These experiences took place for almost three years. Listening to Our Lord and our Blessed Mother has become easier. I do not hear their voice all the time, only when I need to be reminded to prepare and share His message. Thus, you see the reason I am writing these spiritual experiences.


The Refuges
The Refuge will be a place of holiness and the love of God will be present. There will be many repentant sinners, but no sin will be able to exist in God’s presence. I saw hundreds of people working in harmony and fellowship. There were ladies that worked with the children while most men did the “ hard labor”. Food was plentiful. I saw angels throughout the refuge helping and working with people. Prayer was continuous. I saw holy priests giving the community the Sacraments. I saw everyone, including non-Roman Catholics, praying the Rosary with Our Lady.

I saw people of all cultures and denominations working as one community of God. There was no anger, no hatred, no strife, just complete peace and harmony. The Lord has chosen seven anointed persons that are to be in charge, and a leader that I assumed was a prophet. I saw young men that would go out of the Refuge to rescue those that needed help to come in. I saw angels bringing people from all parts of the area into the Refuge. There was complete order and harmony, and no fear or anxiety from anyone. I saw myself going out of the Refuges and helping and directing the young men. People were being let by angels and they were coming from all directions. We all knew that there was horrific fighting and chaos outside the Refuges

 

Outside the Refuge
It seemed like all the demons in Hell were let loose. I saw myself walking at night guiding a group of refuges. I was carrying a little child and holding another child with my right hand; he was walking alongside of me. Many others were doing the same. Some of the elderly were being carried by the young men. We were taking all of them to our Refuges. As we were walking, I saw a nuclear blast at a distance that lit the whole dark sky, then, I saw another nuclear blast that was almost next to the other. The city where the nuclear explosions took place was completely destroyed. Almost immediately, I saw another nuclear explosion on another city and it also was destroyed. We prayed for those poor souls and continue our journey back into the Refuges. The presence and the smell of evil were all over the air. No one was spared. The Refuges was untouched and everyone inside was in prayer and united with Our Lady.

At an earlier time I was shown a shifting of the Teutonic Plates. Many states and part of some had disappeared. I was shown the forging of a great river that started from the Gulf of Mexico all the way to Canada. I assumed it was the Madrid Fault. There were the eruptions of many volcanoes and fire raining from the sky. I heard the screams of many that were asking for death. Nations were fighting Nations. Destruction and despair was all over the world. There was no hope. I saw soldiers from different countries on American soil. It seemed like a nightmare. The absence of God was very strong and hopelessness was very prominent.

There is much more that I am not allowed to reveal at this time.

(I ask, as always, that you sincerely discern what I have written. It is so horrific that it is very difficult to explain). Let us continue to pray for each other and our families.

God Is Our Hope
God is our hope and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will we not fear, though the earth be moved, and though the hills be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof rage and swell, and though the mountains shake at the tempest of the same. There is a river, the streams whereof make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. -Psalms 46: 1-4

Spiritual Warfare and the Preparation to Fight Evil Now

NOW IS THE TIME OF MERCY FOR ALL PERSONS
No matter what evil we may have committed, if we return to the Lord and ask forgiveness, He will receive our sincere repentance with love and mercy. "I desire not the death of the wicked but that he turn from his wicked way and live" (Ezekiel 33:11)

"As it was in the days of Noah, they ate and drank, married and were giving in marriage until the day that Noah entered into the Ark and the flood came and destroyed them all...Even shall it be in the day when the Son of Man shall be revealed" (Luke 17:26-30) WORDS OF CHRIST TO ST PADRE PIO (excerpts):

"My Son, My love for man is very great, especially for those who give themselves to Me...The time is near at hand in which I shall visit my unfaithful people because they have not heeded the time of My grace. My judgment shall come upon them suddenly and when least expected-- not one shall escape My hands. But I shall protect the just. Watch the sun and moon and the stars, when they appear unduly disturbed and restless, know that the day is not far away.

Let me take you back…when I first began military basic training:

It seems like only yesterday that I enlisted in the United States Military. I did not know what to expect since I came from the barrios of San Antonio, Texas. Therefore, I entered into an unknown world that I did not know existed. It was extremely tough, and many of the young men who enlisted with me did not make it. Our daily schedule was non-stop from 3:00 a.m. to almost 8:00 p.m. During this time, I was physically taught many things that were needed in combat. We trained with different weapons of various kinds, from M-16 to grenade launchers and others. We were also taught strategy when fighting the enemy. The main task was to teach us discipline, and to use the experience and knowledge to defend ourselves and our country. That was in the natural. I ended up using the training I was given in Laos and Cambodia during the Vietnam War. Our training worked.

Almost the same thing took place when the Lord took me into a new realm of Spiritual Warfare. Rapidly, I found out that this miraculous gift is not for everyone. As I will describe and I’m sure you know, Spiritual Warfare is more dangerous than natural warfare. It is definitely not for everyone.

I was very blessed that, for a number of years, I was able to work with a priest from Boston. Father Ralph DiOrio. This amazing priest was blessed by God with miraculous gifts of healing, deliverances, prophecy, discernment and many other extraordinary spiritual gifts. I traveled with him for a number of years, and he trained and taught me how to use God’s gifts. I observed people who were possessed, moving snake-like as we prayed for them. Others would utter horrific screams or have appalling demonic outbursts.

Father mentored me in discernment of spirits, different prayers from Holy Scripture and how to deal with demonic entities in the Name of Jesus Christ. I was involved in many crusades and witnessed thousands of people transformed by and for Jesus. Healing, deliverances and many manifestations of God’s love took place. I also worked with Father Robert De Grandis from Louisiana. I met people like Sister Bridge McKenna, Sister Francis Clare and many other anointed people of God.

To make a long story short, this is a very wonderful but dangerous ministry; not everyone is called to this ministry. However, this intense type of training and gift will be given to many that are being called to the preparation of the Refuges because Satan and his minions will attack from all sides. This is in the supernatural. Those of us called to prepare must be constantly vigilant and careful because he will try to confuse and destroy us in various subtle and obvious ways.

Spiritual Warfare
Spiritual Warfare! Most people today would laugh at that very term. Why? Because most "enlightened" people today don't even believe in the existence of angels and demons fighting all around us for the prize of our souls. However, spiritual combat between angels and demons for our souls is as much a reality as the existence of the Grand Canyon or the sun shining. One side wants to win the battle so that they can drag us down to hell for eternal damnation, and the other side wants to win to take us up to heaven for eternal bliss and happiness. The demons are definitely an enemy to be taken seriously.

May prayer strengthen us for the spiritual battle we are about to enter!

We are told about this conflict in the Letter to the Ephesians: 'Draw Strength from the Lord and from His Mighty Power' (Ephesians 6:10). The Book of Revelation refers to this same battle, recalling before our eyes the image of Saint Michael the Archangel (Revelation 12:7). Pope Leo XIII certainly had a very vivid recollection of this intense fight when, at the end of the 19th Century, he introduced a special prayer to Saint Michael throughout the Church. Although this Prayer is no longer recited at the end of Mass, I ask everyone to recite it to obtain help in the battle against the present forces of darkness and against the spirit of this world.

The Prayer to Saint Michael:

Saint Michael the Archangel, Defend us in Battle; be our Protection against the Wickedness and Snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we Humbly Pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the Power of God, Thrust into Hell Satan and all the other Evil Spirits who wander throughout the World seeking the Ruin of Souls. Amen

My Trials and Battle with the Existence of Evil: Trust in God
“My child, when you come to serve the Lord, prepare yourself for trials. Be sincere of heart and steadfast, and do not be impetuous in time of adversity. Cling to Him, do not leave Him, that you may prosper in your last days. Accept whatever happens to you; in periods of humiliation be patient. For in fire gold is tested, and the chosen, in the crucible of humiliation. Trust in God, and he will help you; make your ways straight and hope in him. You that fear the Lord, wait for his mercy do not stray lest you fall. Sirach 2: 1-7

The Holy Scriptures make it plain that God did not create the world in the state in which it is now, but evil came as a result of the selfishness of man. The Bible says that God is a God of love, and He desired to create a person and eventually a race that would love Him. But genuine love cannot exist unless freely given, having free choice to accept God’s love or to reject it. This choice made the possibility of evil become very real. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, they did not choose something God created, but, by their choice, they brought evil into the world. God is neither evil nor did He create evil. Man brought evil upon himself by selfishly choosing his own way apart from God’s way.

Because of the fall, the world now is abnormal. Things are not in the state that they should be in. Man, as a result of the fall, has been separated from God. Nature is not always kind to man and the animal world can also be his enemy. There is conflict between man and his fellow man. None of these conditions were true before the fall. Any solution that might be given to the problems mankind faces must take into consideration that the world as it stands is not normal.

 

When I consecrated myself to serve God, I was shown the hardships that I would face in my journey to follow the Will of God. I chose and decided to serve Our Lord with all my heart, body and soul. Nevertheless, my journey for the past 34+years has not been easy. I have had many encounters with the presence of evil, and I now humbly share some of these encounters with you. I share them to teach and prepare, for future events will place many of you in similar or possibly even more precarious situations.

One evening in 1985, I was called by a priest to help in the deliverance of a man that was possessed by demonic entities. The man in question for deliverance was of a small fragile frame. He was about 5 feet 2 inches and probably weighed 135 pounds. His four brothers could not hold him down, thus, they called a priest. Each of the brothers was almost 6 feet and easily weighed over 200 pounds. Yet, they could not hold him down.

I was behind this priest whom I considered a very holy priest. One of the brothers came out to greet Father. When the brother touched the hand of the priest, he was thrown over a 6 foot fence without any effort from the priest. Now, why did this happen? The hands of a priest are anointed by God and are holy; this is the reason that only an ordained Catholic priest can celebrate Mass and has been given the authority by God to say the words of consecration where the bread will turn into the Body of Christ and the wine will become the Blood of Jesus. Demons know this, but many do not understand the spiritual power that has been given to a priest to battle good and evil.

Why did the brother, at the touch of the priest’s hand, get thrown over a 6 foot fence without any effort from the priest? Spiritual Warfare is for everyone, but the deliverance of possessed people is not for everyone. It is very dangerous and I do not recommend untrained people to perform this kind of deliverance. God chooses certain individuals for this dangerous task because in deliverance, if one is not protected by God and the Holy Spirit, some of the demons will jump from the person possessed to any individual that might be at a close distance or touching the victim. The demonic entities jumped on the brother, and when he tried to greet the priest, the holy anointed hands of the priest cast out the demonic entity. It took us over three hours, through the Lord’s grace, to completely get rid of the legion of demons. After the prayer was finished, the young man was normal again. He turned to God and has given his life to serve Him.

One afternoon, my wife called me at our office, and as we were talking on the phone, I heard a horrible static and could not figure out what had happened. Shortly after, my wife called me back, very scared and shaken up. She told me “Johnnie, did you hear that demonic voice on the phone? He was talking about you; that he was going to destroy you. His voice was very ugly and evil.” Can I explain that? … yes….when a person agrees to follow the calling of God ,all hell will come against you.

For many years, I have been attacked by three demonic entities-entities I have spiritually discerned/recognized as being the spirit of death, a large fallen arch-angel demon, and a large black dog with evil red yes. I have had car wrecks and accidents, many which, in the natural, should have killed me. Sometimes, things happened so quickly that I could not react immediately, but the grace and the protection of God was with me as He has assigned several angels to guard me from evil. All of these things have been real life lessons that I needed to learn and to experience. What I have learned is that, however tough the battle, we can do all things through Jesus Christ!

“For what we wrestle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

One evening, my wife and I had a disagreement and I took a walk, upset and angry. As I was walking, I witnessed a demon come out of thin air. He stopped and looked at me, then walked back into thin air. He was about 18 feet tall and had a horrific look. His skin looked like snake or alligator skin.

Why did the Lord allow me to see and experience all of this? He wants to ensure that there is no doubt in my spirit that evil is real and is all around each person on this planet. No one is immune or spared from the presence of evil. The lesson that I have been taught is to share all of my experiences with conviction, however they might be received.

There is absolutely no doubt that I and many others are being prepared for the great battle against evil that is coming. I present some additional thoughts about this huge battle---not my own, but views from our great brothers and sisters in the faith:

"The devil has always attempted, by means of the heretics, to deprive the world of the Mass, making them precursors of the Anti-Christ, who, before anything else, will try to abolish and will actually attempt to abolish the Holy Sacrament of the altar, as a punishment for the sins of men, according to the prediction of Daniel,' And strength was given him against the continual sacrifice' (Daniel 8:12)."

This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a Divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy, Her theology and Her soul...I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the true Faith of the Church, reject Her ornaments and make Her feel remorse for Her historical past.”

“A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God. In our churches, Christians will search in vain for the red lamp where God awaits them. Like Mary Magdalene, weeping before the empty tomb, they will ask, ‘Where have they taken Him?"

Messages of Our Lady in Akita, Japan
On August 3, 1973, the First Friday of the month, Sister Agnes received the second Message from Mary:

“My daughter, My novice, do you love the Lord? If you love the Lord, listen to what I have to say to you. It is very important. You will convey it to your superior.

“Many men in this world afflict the Lord. I desire souls to console Him to soften the anger of the Heavenly Father. I wish, with My Son, for souls who will repair, by their suffering and their poverty, for the sinners and ingrates.

 

“In order that the world might know His anger, the Heavenly Father is preparing to inflict a great chastisement on all mankind. With My Son, I have intervened so many times to appease the wrath of the Father. I have prevented the coming of calamities by offering Him the sufferings of the Son on the Cross, His Precious Blood, and beloved souls who console Him and form a cohort of victim souls.

“Prayer, penance, and courageous sacrifices can soften the Father's anger. I desire this also from your community, that it love poverty, that it sanctify itself and pray in reparation for the ingratitude and outrages of so many men. Recite the prayer of the Handmaids of the Eucharist with awareness of its meaning; put it into practice: offer (whatever God may send) in reparation for sins. Let each one endeavor, according to her capacity and position, to offer herself entirely to the Lord.

“Even in a secular institute, prayer is necessary. Already souls who wish to pray are on the way to being gathered. Without attaching too much attention to the form, be faithful and fervent in prayer to console the Master.”

It was on Saturday, October 13, the anniversary day of the last Apparition of the Virgin Mary to the three children of Fatima, that Mary gave to Sister Agnes Her third Message, the most important and serious one:

“If men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never have seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the Bishops and the priests.

“The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see Cardinals opposing Cardinals, Bishops against other Bishops. The priests who venerate Me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres (other priests). Churches and altars will be sacked. The Church will be full of those who accept compromises, and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord.

“The demon will be especially implacable against the souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of My sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will no longer be pardon for them.

“...Pray very much the prayers of the Rosary. I alone am able to still save you from the calamities which approach. Those who place their confidence in Me will be saved.”

Saint Michael the Archangel, Defend us in Battle; be our Protection against the Wickedness and Snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we Humbly Pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the Power of God, Thrust into Hell Satan and all the other Evil Spirits who wander throughout the World seeking the Ruin of Souls. The Fruits of the Holy Spirit and the Preparation of the Refuges

The Coming of the Spirit
When the time for Pentecost was fulfilled, they were all in one place together. And suddenly there came from the sky a noise like a strong driving wind,* and it filled the entire house in which they were. Then there appeared to them tongues as of fire,* which parted and came to rest on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in different tongues,* as the Spirit enabled them to proclaim. Acts 2:1 - 4

The Fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT: Both the fruit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit will have a very special place of importance in our lives and in the preparation of the Refuges. The gifts and fruits of the spirit are an integral part of the Holy Spirit who lives inside the Spirit-filled believer. They are already within us-waiting to be cultivated and activated.

Few people realize the full extent of the presence and actions of the Holy Spirit as revealed in creation, the Church as the Body of Christ, in the Christian life, in the Sacraments or even in the names and symbols of the Holy Spirit. This sharing serves the purpose of opening the eyes of the readers so they may perceive these great truths. It will arouse the awareness of the Christians to encourage them to continue their search for the knowledge, understanding and wisdom of the Holy Spirit; He Who stirs the love within the human heart.

1 Corinthians Chapter 13: 1-13 If I speak in human and angelic tongues* but do not have love, I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal. And if I have the gift of prophecy and comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge; if I have all faith so as to move mountains but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away everything I own, and if I hand my body over so that I may boast but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, [love] is not pompous, it is not inflated,d 5it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury,e 6it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. 7It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Love never fails. If there are prophecies, they will be brought to nothing; if tongues, they will cease; if knowledge, it will be brought to nothing. For we know partially and we prophesy partially, but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. When I was a child, I used to talk as a child, think as a child, reason as a child; when I became a man, I put aside childish things. At present we see indistinctly, as in a mirror, but then face to face. At present I know partially; then I shall know fully, as I am fully known. So faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another” John 13:34-35

Refuges- Perfect Love cast out all Fear and Evil
Many have asked me the question: what will the Refuges be like? How will they look like, operate like, who will be called…

I believe that the Refuges will be the Heart and Love of Our Blessed Mother

"Consecration to the Mother of God," says Pope Pius XII, "is a total gift of self, for the whole of life and for all eternity; and a gift which is not a mere formality or sentimentality, but effectual, comprising the full intensity of the Christian life - Marian life." This consecration, the Pope explained, "tends essentially to union with Jesus, under the guidance of Mary."

The Virgin Mary offers us Her Heart as a sure refuge, while showing us how in these particular times God has desired for the triumph to come through Her: “Tell all the world that great graces come through the Immaculate Heart of Mary” and “that God has entrusted to the Immaculate Heart the peace and conversion of the world!” (Words of Virgin Mary in Fatima to Jacinta). When Lucia asked Jesus why the conversion of Russia would be the fruit of its Consecration to the Immaculate Heart, Our Lord responded, “Because I want it to be seen clearly that the triumph is of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and in this way I will spread knowledge and devotion to the Immaculate Heart along with devotion to My Sacred Heart.”

In the End My Immaculate Heart will Triumph
When we speak of a triumph we are also referring to a battle. Triumph signifies the winning of a battle.

The Blessed Virgin in Fatima speaks about the battle we are facing in these times, which includes the general loss of faith, the loss of many souls, wars, and destruction. But the worst war is the loss of faith, as Our Lord says: “Do not fear those who can kill the body, but rather those who can kill the soul” Matt 10:28. The worst death is that of a soul who loses faith – a soul far from God, far from His love and commandments, drowning in a life of sin, running the risk of eternal condemnation, or rather, eternal death.

This great battle we are waging today, which the Holy Father John Paul II calls the “culture of death,” not only includes the destruction of human life, but also the destruction of the soul.

In my ministry of evangelization and spiritual experiences, I have learned that the Love of God cast out all fear and evil flees at the presence of God. The Refuges will our protection as we are guided to the Heart of Mary.

Confirmation of the Refuges by other visionaries
On Sunday, the 29th of June 2004, my wife and I were visited by a servant of God who has been given many miraculous gifts by the Lord. Johnnie Hernandez blessed us with a visit all the way from the State of Louisiana. He had read my first article, there was immediate and genuine spiritual connection between us, and the Lord spoke to him regarding our very similar ministries and experiences. Johnnie, being a true servant of God, made a copy of my first article (which included my testimony) and gave it to his spiritual director to discern. After Mass, Johnnie asked his Pastor/Spiritual Director his discernment on the article. His Spiritual director was very surprised; he told Johnnie that he thought it was Johnnie’s own personal testimony. Johnnie told him that it was about a man from the Texas Hill Country who the Lord was using to share with people about the coming chastisement and places of Refuges. His Pastor told him to call me. Johnnie called and left a message on my cell phone recorder. He told me who he was, and we had that spiritual bond immediately. He is a blessing! We spoke for almost one and a half hours, with numerous identical spiritual experiences and revelations. We shared a lot, and he told me that he was also told to move to the Texas Hill Country. In less than 3-4 days, he called me and told me that the Lord had made it possible for him to visit his brother-in-law in the Texas Hill Country. We further arranged to meet for Sunday Mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fredericksburg, Texas. After Mass, we had lunch at Andy’s Grill and then went to our home and visited for almost three hours.

 

He shared his testimony and the Lord confirmed all that he was sharing with us. God has given him many spiritual gifts that mirror the gifts given to many of our great saints. One of the many amazing experiences he shared regarded how he and a small group from his parish had gone to visit the Blessed Sacrament to pray the Rosary. As he started to pray the rosary, he bi-located to San Giovanni Rotondo, the Shrine in Italy; which was the home of Padre Pio. He told us that Padre Pio was next to him praying the rosary with him. Padre Pio then spoke to him of different events. Johnnie shared that when he came back to his group, the small group was waiting for him to finish his rosary.-as he was gone for over 45 minutes. He is also blessed with the gift of healing, the word of knowledge, the reading of souls, prophecy and other spiritual gifts from God. He shared with us the many spiritual adventures he and the Holy Spirit have traveled.

We became friends and brothers in Jesus….instantly. Before he left, he prayed for me and it seemed as if I was receiving another special anointing from Our Lord. I could feel the love and grace of God. It felt like I was being submerged in melted honey surrounded by the presence of God. He prayed for my wife and she was slain in the Holy Spirit. Her eyes were flowing with tears of joy when she got up.

I shared my spiritual experiences and he confirmed that the messages that I was sharing were authentic and from God. It made feel great because I never want to do anything to displease Our Lord. I also needed to have confirmation and discern the messages I have been given by Our Lady and Holy Spirit.

Johnnie will be coming back to visit us. We shared private revelations that I am not allowed to share at this time. He knew exactly what was in my heart and I in his. Johnnie is a very special anointed man of God, who has a wonderful spirit and a tremendous love for God. His love and humility clearly reflect our Lord. Inside the refuges I saw the fulfillment of prophecies in Scripture.


What I was shown that all the gifts of the Holy Spirit would be fully manifested within each person inside the Refuge.

The most important truth to remember: Our Blessed Mother is our Refuge.

Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Holy Spirit, divine Consoler, I adore You as my true God, with God the Father and God the Son. I adore You and unite myself to the adoration You receive from the angels and saints. I give You my heart and I offer my ardent thanksgiving for all the grace which You never cease to bestow on me. O Giver of all supernatural gifts, who filled the soul of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, with such immense favors, I beg You to visit me with Your grace and Your love and to grant me the gift of holy fear, so that it may act on me as a check to prevent me from falling back into my past sins, for which I beg pardon.

Grant me the gift of piety, so that I may serve You for the future with increased fervor, follow with more promptness Your holy inspirations, and observe your divine precepts with greater fidelity.

Grant me the gift of knowledge, so that I may know the things of God and, enlightened by Your holy teaching, may walk, without deviation, in the path of eternal salvation.

Grant me the gift of fortitude, so that I may overcome courageously all the assaults of the devil, and all the dangers of this world which threaten the salvation of my soul.

Grant me the gift of counsel, so that I may choose what is more conducive to my spiritual advancement and may discover the wiles and snares of the tempter.

Grant me the gift of understanding, so that I may apprehend the divine mysteries and by contemplation of heavenly things detach my thoughts and affections from the vain things of this miserable world.

Grant me the gift of wisdom, so that I may rightly direct all my actions, referring them to God as my last end; so that, having loved Him and served Him in this life, I may have the happiness of possessing Him eternally in the next. Amen.

# 7 – Refuges: …at the End My immaculate Heart will Triumph

I truly believe that all the Refuges being prepared by Our Lady and the Holy Spirit are the literal, existing-with-us “Immaculate Heart of Mary”.

Our Lady has told us many times and in diverse places that She desires to draw us closer to her Immaculate Heart, a place where we will find refuge and peace. In these most difficult times that are coming to the Church and to all of mankind, She has always been the front-runner for Her Son Jesus. Unfortunately, even at this late hour, a huge segment of mankind has turned their face from God. We must not, however, become discouraged by this depressing fact ; instead, we must look to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Spouse of the Holy Spirit, who is preparing a second Pentecost.

She is calling all of us to Her Immaculate Heart as our place of refuge.

Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to Your protection, implored Your help, or sought Your intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto You, O virgin of virgins, my Mother. To You I come, before You I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in Your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Our Blessed Mother is the refuge of sinners—that is, each of us. Despite our sins, frustrations and failings, she does not detach herself from us, but rather intercedes for us with loyalty and love in Heaven.

The Holy Spirit and Mary prepare the way for us….

Many of us wonder, what is happening to the world…. “What on earth is going on?” We are seeing all the natural disasters that are taking place all over the world, economic collapse in many countries, the state of world governments, depression, terrorism, nations in upheaval, and widespread evil,

How will we prepare ourselves for the warnings and calamity that are coming and will soon visit mankind?

We must prepare first and foremost spiritually. Our physical preparations will and must develop from our spiritual preparation and direction-a course found only through fervent prayer.

Through prayer, we must seek Our Lady and the Holy Spirit. They are our hope and Jesus is our salvation. Our Blessed Mother wants to bring all of us to Her Son, Jesus. Her prayer and Her cry is for each of us to come to Jesus and open our hearts to Him. She is preparing the Church for the coming of Second Coming of Jesus. The world must be the Ark of Covenant, free from all sin. The chastisement is a cleansing of all sin in this world. Then, Our Lord and Savior will reign as King and Lord of all creation.

When Mary spoke on visiting Elizabeth, the Holy Spirit came upon Elizabeth and upon John the Baptist in Elizabeth’s womb. St. Louis Marie de Montfort, tells us that when we have Mary, we will also have her Spouse, the Holy Spirit:

“When the Holy Spirit finds his Spouse in a soul, he flies to that soul, to communicate himself to it, to fill it with his presence, in proportion as he discovers there the presence and the fullness of his Spouse. One of the major reasons why the Holy Spirit does not now work blinding wonders of grace in our souls is that he does not find in us a sufficiently strong union with Mary his indissoluble Spouse.”(True Devotion to Mary Part 1, chapter 1, article 2).

The Holy Spirit is not a vague, ghostly shadow, nor an impersonal force. He is a person equal in every way with the Father and the Son. All the divine attributes ascribed to the Father and the Son are equally ascribed to the Holy Spirit. He is the inner voice, the insistent whisper within us that will tell us what to do, where to go and when.

John 16: 12-15

“I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now. But when he comes, the Holy Spirit of truth will guide you to all truth. He will not speak on his own, but he will speak what he hears, and will declare to you the things that are coming. He will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you. Everything that the Father has is mine; for this reason I told you that he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.

St. Maximillian Kolbe, in keeping with Catholic Tradition, sees Our Blessed Mother as holding a distinguished place in God's plan of salvation; of being a conscious cooperator with all the grace which comes from God to man. But while Sacred Tradition, represented by writers such as St. Louis de Montfort, emphasize Mary's Divine Motherhood as being the basis for this teaching, Kolbe views Mary's universal mediation of grace as primarily being linked with and drawn from her intimate and hidden relationship with the Holy Spirit.

So when we have Mary in our lives, we will also have the Holy Spirit, just as the Holy Spirit fell upon Elizabeth and upon John the Baptist when Mary spoke. So we can say that the closer we are to Our Blessed Mother, the closer we are to her Spouse, the Holy Spirit, and the closer we are to God. Our Lady leads us to God, so that when we have the Blessed Virgin Mary in our souls, the Holy Spirit comes to us.

 

The Refuges Our Lady and the Holy Spirit:

There are many of our brethren that have contacted me in reference to the Refuges. I have shared with them, as much as possible, particularly regarding the holiness and the existence of God’s presence inside the Refuges.

Inside the Refuges, I witnessed the total love and presence of God. We were all spiritually immersed in the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Holy Spirit and Our Lady’s holiness are so incredibly beautiful that any impurity is instantly vanquished. This godly, loving environment will exist inside the Refuges.

Many are concerned that they do not know where to go or find a Refuge. I assure you: do not to worry! Continue to pray to Our Lady. If we are in steadfast, sincere prayer and communication with our Lord and our Blessed Mother, we will be directed as to where and when to go.

Before the time of the calamity takes place, the Refuges will be ready. For those that are not able to travel, angels will carry them into the Refuges. I saw angels carrying Holy Shrines, Basilicas, even homes into the Refuge. All of us need to try to be and to remain in spiritual order with Our Lord through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. She is the boss and in charge! I know this personally as She is the one that has been praying for me for many years. She brought me to Her Son Jesus, who changed my life.

Inside the Refuge, I observed that everyone was aware of what was taking place outside the Refuges in the “world”. There was constant prayer, but all were living a good life, each person attending to different roles and contributions within the Refuge (for example, I saw my wife working with children). Everyone was helping each other as the Body of Christ. I saw nothing but love, kindness and all the fruits of the Holy Spirit. As there will be calamities occurring “outside”, many people were being brought into the refuge. I viewed myself going on many rescue missions, bringing those escaping the various catastrophes into safety.

On one occasion, the Lord indicated to me that He would send me out into the disasters. He told me that I needed to be captured, but that He would not allow harm to come to me. I was put in chains and sent to a prison where there where hundreds of men, women and children locked up and being tortured. During my short time inside, the Lord sent angels to let me evangelize to do those that had no hope and were full of despair. As I preached and ministered, the Lord changed their hearts and they turned to God. Even the guards repented! It was at night when the prison doors and cells were opened by angels, and we were able to take the captives to our refuge. In confirmation of this, my wife had a dream/vision where she saw me being taken captive in chains and heard the words “For the Blood of the Lamb goes before you”. Of course, there is no fear on my part because our God is God.

Psalm 91:1-16

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day,

2 Samuel 22:3-4

My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge, my savior; you save me from violence. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.

1 John 5:18

We know that everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him.


O Mary, Mother of Mercy and Refuge of sinners, we beseech thee, be pleased to look with pitiful eyes upon poor heretics and schismatics. Thou who art the Seat of Wisdom, enlighten the minds that are miserably enfolded in the darkness of ignorance and sin, that they may clearly know that the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Roman Church is the one true Church of Jesus Christ, outside of which neither holiness nor salvation can be found. Finish the work of their conversion by obtaining for them the grace to accept all the truths of our Holy Faith, and to submit themselves to the Supreme Roman Pontiff, the Vicar of Jesus Christ on earth; that so, being united with us in the sweet chains of Divine charity, there may soon be one only fold under the same one Shepherd; and may we all, O Glorious Virgin, sing forever with exultation: Rejoice, O Virgin Mary, thou only hast destroyed all heresies in the whole world. Revelations 22: 17 The Spirit and the Bride say “Come” ……….

As an ordained deacon, I had the honor of officiating at the wedding of my youngest daughter Barbie. There was a lot of excitement in our household. My wife was enthusiastically preparing the bride to meet her groom---it took months and weeks to prepare all the details that were needed for our baby’s wedding. My wife worked day and night on the preparations. The day of the wedding, Barbie looked beautiful and walked down the isle of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. I could see the love and anticipation of the groom. It was a beautiful wedding.

Throughout the ages, it has been Our Lady who has been given to the Church by God to prepare us to meet Her Son. We read the mystifying scripture that speaks about the Bride and the Holy Spirit saying “Come, Lord Jesus”….The Spirit and the Bride say “Come” … Who is the Bride?

We, the Church, are the Bride being prepared to meet the Groom, Jesus---The Church which is the Body of Christ, is in preparation to meet her bridegroom. Our Lady has been working through the ages to prepare us, the Bride, for the coming of the Groom. Who is the Groom? Jesus Christ is the groom! The Spirit and the Bride say--- Come, Lord Jesus!

Article 8: Why the Rosary

In the early part of my spiritual journey as a servant of Our Lord, I was told that my life would present living lessons where God would show and teach me present and future events. What I have been sharing with you are real life experiences: I was instructed that the time would come when I would share these experiences as teachings combined with messages from Our Lady.

Some of our brethren have indicated that I am too much of a story teller and that I do not go directly to the messages. I respect and appreciate their concerns; however, my stories are my way of explaining our faith through simple, ordinary, sometimes extraordinary events that have happened to me or others. I want our faith to be real, breathing and alive for you. Please bear with me as I tell my simple stories.

Jim’s Story: Why the Rosary?
In the early 1980’s, I was invited to participate in many religious/spiritual events. We as baptized Catholics are all called to evangelize as per Decree on the Apostolate for the Laity by the Vatican II documents. I was very proud to have been born a Roman Catholic, but the world is not all Catholic. As a result of my involvement in interfaith dialogue, I had the opportunity to share my Faith with many non-Catholics. One of the organizations that I joined was the Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship, an ecumenical Christian ministry for men of all walks of life. We would gather at different restaurants once a month, on Saturday mornings. for breakfast. Men that attended were from all affiliations and walks of life---from janitors to millionaires.

One Saturday morning, I sat next to a gentleman whose name is Jim. As I always carry my St Jerome’s Catholic Bible, Jim looked at my Bible, asked me if I was Catholic, and quickly indicated he was Baptist but that he prayed the Rosary. I was happily stunned. I had always heard that Protestants did not want to draw attention to Our Blessed Mother.

Jim told me his story:
He shared with me that he hated the Rosary, and in particular, did not like Catholics who prayed to the Virgin Mary. He believed the rosary was not scriptural, and he perceived the rosary to be an antiquated pagan ritual of praying and worshipping the Virgin Mary.

One evening, Jim went to the funeral of a very good mutual friend, Henry Guerra, who was well-known and admired in San Antonio. Henry had been the anchor man and newscaster for a local radio and television station, and was also a good man and a committed Catholic who always shared his faith. At the Angelus funeral home, Jim told me that there was a “crazy little lady” giving out rosaries for the service. He reluctantly took one, and looked around so no one could see him throw the rosary under the pews. He did not want to be contaminated by what he considered pagan ritualistic practices.
