I thought all that stuff about electro-magnetic radiation\cellphone pollution was meaningless, but I tired it for a week -just in case- My dream lucidity, recall, activity (content, in-dream storyline length, etc) have all increased so much, as well as false awakenings, etc. I know dreaming isnt a replacement for prayer but its highly therapeutic and , without devolving into dream astrology, the dream activity can be a sort of barometer of the internal state of the soul. All I do now is put my cellphone and laptop inside a closed shelf, then go to sleep. And it helps so much! such a minor detail --makes me very suspicious of technology in general now- Another minor trick I do, I try to use a black-and-white color plug-in for chrome, to avoid colors in websites or videos. I think color media is such a drastic innovation for humans, my grandpas grew up with black and white|grey films probably -and surely saw films very seldom-
