Jesus' second coming is the Final Judgment of Matthew 25. If you confess just before He arrives that's fine. If you happen to die in a car crash, it is a parallel situation: when time is up, time is up. Let us be sure we're confessing regularly. Remember to repent of serious sin immediately: sincere sorrow with an Act of Contrition, and then get to Confession ASAP! Padrepiofan, try not to get caught up in legalism. Love Jesus and hate sin.
