last night a priest named Fr. Kozak was walking near his parish when he was hit by a car. All of his ribs were broken, his lung collapsed and his leg was crushed. They may not be able to save his leg. Please pray for this good priest. Thank you. Jesus, I trust in You.
Prayers to St Jude.. The Prayer to St Jude O most holy apostle, Saint Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honoureth and invoketh thee universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, and of things almost despaired of. Pray for Fr Kozax, who is so miserable. Make use, I implore thee, of that particular privilege accorded to thee, to bring visible and speedy help where help was almost despaired of. Come to his assistance in this great need, that he may receive the consolation and succor of Heaven in all his necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly (healind mind body and soul) and that he may praise God with thee and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise thee, O blessed Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favour, to always honour thee as my special and powerful patron, and to gratefully encourage devotion to thee. Amen.

Fr. Kozak served at our parish when he was newly ordained, and is a good friend. He is a holy priest and a gifted preacher. Please continue to pray!
