Our Lady in many of her messages calls us to heartfelt prayer and many people find this very difficult, myself included. But when one looks at threads like the 7 Gardens of Prayer, one realises there is a whole new world to be entered into if one can just discipline oneself for long enough to break through the crust of superficial prayer and into prayer of the heart.
