Hi Patrick The truth is that no one knows when The Warning is going to happen but we do know that it is going to happen when the troubled times we are about to go through are at their worst. These bad times will really take off when the Pope returns to The Vatican after a trip to Moscow. We have been told that the causes of this trouble will be Communism and Russia. Things will get real bad real quick and when we cannot even practice our religion for fear of persecution then then The Warning will come directly from God. Glenn, who is the best source of information on Garabandal on this site, tells us that in the Warning we will be educated about our sins. He also seems sure that the Warning will come in an even numbered year and be followed in that same year in April. Looking at what has to happen before the Warning can take place it seems that 2018 is the earliest time possible for it all. If the human race changes its ways for the better after what it is shown in the Warning then we will be ok but if not another horrific time will arrive and this will be a terrible punishment directly from God. Our Lady tells us that if we pray the rosary and trust in her and lead good lives she can still save us. Hopefully in April 2018 the world will also experience the Great Miracle which will be an event of unimaginable joy. These dates are not certain but Conchita one of the original seers will give us 8 days notice of the Miracle and we can be sure of that. Hope this answers your question.
Despite the advanced 'warnings' I feel I am still not really ready to face the real tribulations that lie ahead. How does one know how we will react to complete breakdown of civil society? Many will not be able to cope and that includes believers. I am struggling as it is to live my faith out in the present times so I dread the thought of what lies ahead. And I am not getting any younger - I had assumed these events (Garabandal) would all have happened by now but looks like 2017/2018 are the pivotal years as we approach the centenary of Fatima with both excitement and a little apprehension because the reality of what we are to face is brutal.
The only way to know how you'll react TO an incident (you've never experienced) is AFTER you've been through it. So unless you've been through the breakdown of a civil society, you won't know until after... and that goes for most of us. And as long as we're safe under Our Lady's mantle, there is nothing to fear.
As Joe said, no one knows for sure the exact day, but we know that we are in the hour. Conchita said, "things will be at their worst" when the Warning comes. So watch for this when global chaos comes, (WW3 nuclear?, volcano's, hurricane's, tsunami's, govermental, societal, economic colapses takes place). It will all happen very quickly, like domino's falling, when it happens. My best guess, it will take place right before the Year of Mercy ends (November 20, 2016) and the Warning will be the climax of God's infinite mercy.
Many people think that the Warning might happen this fall but there have been so many predictions in the past which have been incorrect, so we can never tell. (I guess that you are an Eminem fan.)
