I have this very old Garabandal Medal that was my parents. I don't know anything about it and my parents are deceased. I do know someone gave it to them. It looks like this. But the one I have has a number 11 on the relic inside. Does anyone know anything about this medal?? View attachment 7672
It could be a piece of the prayerbook that Our Lady kissed there. I have a rosary with the piece of prayerbook. There were some available to people who were signed up with the website. So it may be something like that(?)
Yes, I can confirm this. A particle from the Missal, that the Virgin Mary had kissed. I also have such a medal.
I was wondering who made them or sold them. Was this something someone in the village did or some outside source. Just curious. Thank you for the info.
The older ones were all made by Joey Lomangino's NY Garabandal Center. Joey would buy only those prayer missals that could be authenticated in Garabandal, and then he had them assembled in NY. He offered them for a donation , as his apostolate was "non-profit", and he then used the money to purchase more missals pieces, to make more. I know this as I was there from 1993 until its closing, and I was the Director of Public Relations, for the apostolate.
