Historically, The Blessed Mother appeared somewhere and provided a sign and imparted some messages and then left. I find difficult to understand why she might appear daily at the same location for decades.
Maybe because she knew we were going into the unprecedented 'end times' and needed an unprecedented set of apparitions for spiritual help? Just a theory...
May be if enough of us had listened to her, we wouldn't be in the sorry state the world is in right not. Like stubborn self willed children who refuse to do as they are told, a mother will keep repeating her warnings. Do as you are told! And when all the chips are down, what will we say to our God at our judgement if we failed to keep Faith, after all He has done to warn us. That is how I see Medugorje.
I think that the Virgin Mary is appearing for so long to get everyone in the right place spiritually for the Triumph of her Immaculate Heart. The six seers have been tested over and over again by scientists with the results being that they are normal. None of the six have ever denied their experiences even when threatened with prison, their parents were threatened with being fired from jobs and incarceration. It is thought that a nuclear exchange in the 1980's was avoided because of the prayers and penances that believers prayed because of the Virgin Mary's urging. I had a dream last night, I believe it concerned one of the Secrets. I was above an Ocean, I believe it was the Pacific and the waters were roiling and in tumult like a washing machine and I heard the word 'Earthquake!' Then I heard the word , 'Repeat' and I realised that these quakes would be like nothing ever since before in history, quakes that would keep happening over and over again like drum beats and that the world would watch astounded.

I told you about the dream I had in 2009 where I saw that roiling turmoil in the sky and in the sea. "Like a washing machine" absolutely describes it. I have struggled to adequately describe it but that phrase nails it. It repeated 3 times. Just like your dream "repeat"---

I AM IN MEDJUGORJE!! I have offered prayers for all on the Forum while we visited the house Vicka lived in. We took a few minutes for group prayer in the room she had over 1000 apparitions. It still has her original crucifix & 4foot statue of the Sacred Heart. She is not in town. We are going to the Blue Cross Friday or tomorrow. I will be leaving a couple of sealed envelopes there. The Vatican has told the visionaries not to meet with anyone for now. To clarify, they have been told not to give talks for the time being.
