Has anyone heard of Our Lady of Tear of Joy? I've never heard of it before, a friend asked me about it recently and today I found a video from a talk earlier this year from the person, Arrow Osborne, who received this image on a polaroid camera and has since reported to have received messages. His talk certainly appears to come from the heart but I was seeking input on what some of the members here know. Thank you and God Bless!
