I was away there for a while there praying to Our Lady about the forum and she came thorugh for me with some Spiritual Direction , which I would like to share.

First a little bit about this place for new comers to explain a little bit to help them understand. This is perhaps the only Catholic website which perhaps can claim Our Lady herself has founded. In prayer I felt and shared from the beginning that it was Our Lady's wish that it should be. Again and again I and others have eben overwhelmed with the sense of her presence here. It is not nor ever has been meant to be simply a talking shop but a kind of online Church of Christain communtiy.

I have been aware, again and again of real conversions and great spiritual fruits, even miracles as a result of people visiting here.

In addition we have had some really prominent mystics as members and posting, Charlie Johnston, Mark Mallet, Pelliatino, Verne Dignatis to name but a few.

As well as hat I ahve been in cntact with people here ,quietly who I regard as saints. It is as simple as that.

The make up of the forum may be the most unique of all , in that it results from the contirubution of the sisters and brothers in free dialogue. This is a minor miralce in itself as we have generally been able to share with each other in a spirit of great charity and tolerance.

However recently the forum is growing at an exponential rate. Yesterday for isntance it has 2600 hits. it is only run by an amature with help from three part time moderators. ..and so I felt the need to go to Our Lady for advice that the Spirit and the wish of Mary in founding this forum might be maintained.

What Mary has shown me is that if it is to continue I must do the following. Be very strcit on any heresy. To be very, very strict on any attacks on Pope Francis or any support for schism.

To be intolerant of any divergence from the Spiritual or move towards this becoming some kind of talking shop.

So I intend to move forward with a pruning exercise and to cut off the withered vines.

Basically Mary wants me to toughen up so toughen up I will.

So I urge members to be very, very careful indeed in how they speak about the Holy Father or any more to schismatic talk expecially. I am away camping next week but when I return I will be taking the ax to the roots. If you want to criticise Pope Francis I am afraid you wil lhave to do so somehwere else.

This is what Mary wants and this is what I will do,

Be warned. If I have to thrown half the membership of the forum off I will be quite happy to do so.

You can't call yourself a Catholic forum and permit attacks on the Pope, it's just as simple as that.

Our Lady can be tough too. ;)

The Pope is her son. I will be tough with her. I would rather only have a handful left on the forum than any who attack her eldest son. Presently this Pope is her eldest son , set over us.

This time orund, when people are thrown off the forum they will not be coming back.

    I hope they understand this.

  7. I have been reading the forum and praying for quite some time. Only now with this post Padraig do I register and comment only to say thank you for your obedience to Our Lady.

Thank you, Padraig! There have been some posts recently which have made me uneasy. I know Our Blessed Mother will guide you and shower you with graces for being her faithful son! (y)

We Defend Mary..and the Mother of God defends us. How sad if it were otherwise.

“Vatican Council II (1962–1965): ‘The maternal duty of Mary toward men in no way obscures or diminishes this unique mediation of Christ, but rather shows its power. All her saving influence on men originates not from some inner necessity, but from the divine pleasure. It flows forth from the superabundance of the merits of Christ, rests on His mediation, depends entirely on it and draws all its power from it.’ . . . ‘The practices and exercises of devotion to her recommended by the Church in the course of the centuries [are to] be treasured.’ (Lumen Gentium: 60, 67).”

I have found for a long time that much talk on schism and upcoming schisms very disheartening plus regular attacks and some very cunning attacks on our Pope also very off putting. Some people seem to crave schism and division, this was on my mind today. The best broccoli plants are those most carefully pruned I just hope that some members like myself who would not be very active but are more prayerfully participating will escape the secateurs.

“Mary is the fruitful Virgin, and in all the souls in which she comes to dwell she causes to flourish purity of heart and body, rightness of intention and abundance of good works. Do not imagine that Mary, the most fruitful of creatures who gave birth to a God, remains barren in a faithful soul. It will be she who makes the soul live incessantly for Jesus Christ, and will make Jesus live in the soul” (True Devotion to the Blessed Virgin).

I will defend to the death orthodoxy, Tradition and Scripture and I will support and defend any Churchman who does likewise. Any Churchman who undermines these three things I will resist. That is Church teaching and I can do nothing else. I am not bound by any private revelation, no matter how much I might like the person reporting the messages.

If that gets me banned anywhere, that happens by God's permission but not necessarily His active will.

    So be it.

The divisive "discussions" have roiled the waters, making our forum rather muddy. Our Lady deserves the utmost respect. You have my support.

Thank you Padraig and I stand with you on this and so happy you sought spiritual direction and were answered. I've been troubled for sometime here, but I love this forum and the "family" here and so could not leave. My joy is really overflowing right now because I've been moved by your decision and combined with our Pope's visit so close to my home. I go on pilgrimage tomorrow to join 1 million others to pray and to show our Holy Father we love him and you and the rest of my MOG family are with me. Finally, I also pray for those who are now gone from the forum that they have peace and come to an understanding of this pope. Peace
