How real are the promises of the rosary?? I can't find the exact source or if they are legit or some kind of guidance to what the rosary might offer
The only "proof" of legitimacy will be in praying the Rosary daily with faith in those Promises. Faith is an act of will, an act of humbly saying that you will believe in the effectiveness of the Rosary and acting on those words habitually without having any "proof." I suggest that you pray the Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries, while meditating on the events. That is a form of "mental prayer." Pray all three sets of Mysteries, the full Marian Psalter (150 Hail Marys) every day. Do that for one month straight. Your "proof" should manifest itself in changes to your perspective in life.
