Do you know that in the 15 decades of the rosary the Hail Mary is recited 153 times. This is the same amount of fish the apostles caught when instructed by Jesus to lower the nets! John 21-11
So Simon Peter climbed back into the boat and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish, 153, but even with so many the net was not torn.

Yeah, that's a pretty neat 'coincidence', but with the addition of Luminous Mysteries it no longer adds up.

I still like the 153 theory. Wonder how many Hail Mary's when we add the Luminous Mysteries. And what it might indicate of times to come.

Another interesting thing about the rosary is that it is called the 'psalter of Mary', reflecting the significance of King Davids psalms of the Old Testament.

There is 150 Old Testament psalms.
And 150 Salutations to Our Lady in the original 15 decades of the rosary!

I believe the Luminous mysteries are a crown of light to the rosary!

50 extra salutations to Our Blessed Mother, shows todays world the importance of Our Lady, the rosary and prayer.
