Dallas bishop to consecrate city to Immaculate Heart

    some hope maybe? I haven't lived in this diocese for very long yet, so I don't have a hard line view of what kind of bishop I'm under, but apparently Bishop Burns of Dallas diocese is going to consecrate the city to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on October 13!
