    Hi folks,
Desmond Birch said over on his Facebook page that he’s considering an update to TTT. Here’s his post:

Brian, Thank you for posting this. I hope he plans to write quickly. I am pretty certain Dupont did something similar, sort of an addendum to his book by writing about Catholic prophecies in a magazine.

Birch could offer the book expressly on Kindle and the like and that may help speed things up too though.

Can you think of anything else that he should include? Off the top of my head, I can only think to ask him to try and pinpoint where we are on his chronological table as best that he can and explain why. Maybe a section about an anti-pope, I don't believe that was included in TTT although he briefly mentioned that there are several prophecies about such. (Unfortunately, I don't do Facebook.)

The obvious: does he see the heretical current regime in the Vatican as a literal fulfillment of prophecy?!?

Dear All, If I have appeared somewhat preoccupied over the last two weeks, it is because I was trying to get the loose ends of my life all tied up. When I had that bout with high blood pressure [went as high as 191 systolic] they put me in a hospital for obdservation and testing. Amongst a myriad of other tests, they did a CAT scan and an MRI.

There they accidentally discovered that I had an aneurism in my brain. They referred me as 'Urgent' to the best neurosurgeons in
the region. I could not help but imagine the worst. Why would they mark it as urgent unlees it could burst at any time?

It took about a week and a half to get in to see my assigned neurosurgeon - reputed to one of the very best in the entire region.

This morning I met him when ee came into the exam room and evidently observed a concerned look on my face. He began with, "You have a small aneurism." I said, "What?" It quickly became obvious that there was nothing "urgent" about my condition. I felt like the weight of Texas was lifted off of me. I've got some time to get such loose ends tied.

So, with a new time lease on life of unknown duration, I approach my work with my usual lack of timeline desperation.

So, if I have been inattentive - my apologies. I will try to make up for it.

    All my love in Christ

    Desmond

Thanks for this update Sam. Since we’ve both had strokes, I’ve had some long private conversations with Desmond in the past on Facebook and by email. I recently posted a prayer request after having a ministroke. He made a really kind reply:

My wish for the new book?

A better book binding, my copy of TTT pages splayed and fell out even before much use.
    A substandard binding for sure.

I don’t think that will be a problem this time. The first TTT was 700(?) pages long. Paperback bindings in books that long tend to fail. He thinks this one will be ~200 pages.

This from Desmond's Facebook - 12 Aug 2022.. Pray for him.

    Brothers and Sisters,
    I have news - that I've been postponing announcing till a certain development. But that event appears to be further down the road than originally hoped;
After I announced that there were no blockages discovered in my previous bypasses - the cardiologist later shared with me that the procedure which I had underwent took an hour and a half. He told me that usually takes half an hour. The cause: There were some large calcified deposits in the femarel artery (and others?) which they had to weave the camera in and out of.
The problem is that an artificial valve is significantly larger than the small camera they had difficulty getting to the existing valve to take a look at it. They are trying to get me scheduled for some kind of an in depth CAT scan of my upper torso - to see if they can find another clear path to my aortic valve. According to my MD and RN relatives, the hospitals are at this point so understaffed that everything is backing up all over the country.
So, I cannot yet give you a date when they will be doing the exploratory CAT scan of my torso - looking for an unblocked passage to my aortic valve. So - I figured that semi-bad news is better than no news.
The good news is that if there is no unblocked path to my aortic valve - they can still do another open heart surgery on me. But I'm evidently high risk for open heart due to my age and the condition of my lungs.
So - that is where it is at - and I wish to tell you how much I and my family appreciate your prayers on our behalf.
    All my love in Christ
    Desmond
