    Hi,

I will be Down in a cottage in Limerick for a couple of weeks from the 18th August. If anyone is interested we could meet maybe for prayer and talk then. If so let me know and we can make arrangements by PM.

    God Bless,

    Padraig

Yes, indeed! Kevin has found a wonderful bride-to-be. It will be Tom and Sue's 2nd visit to Ireland. It just so happens that Geralyn and Sue are best of friends. The very first date I went out on was with Sue back in the spring of 1970. I had lost touch with her after high school, but when I met Geralyn in 1978, she and Sue had become friends through the local L'Arche community in Syracuse. Tom and Sue had just started dating; they married a year before Geralyn and I.

Ah, the web of love and grace which the Lord weaves!(y)

How many would you buy; I doubt it would sell much, even with my ample ability to run at the mouth!

I need to pray to St. Joseph: a saint who says little but accomplishes a lot!

There would be little harm in talking a lot if all we talked about were God and the things of God and spreading His Kingdom. You remind me of woman I met today. I was sitting peacefully with the dog outside the Little Church of St Therese of Liseaux with my dog. I did not go in as they don't like me bringing my dog in. Bad things have happened in and around the Church and I think they are a little on edge.

A woman came up and asked to pet my dog. She talked quite a lot so I learned quite a lot. She was going into Adoration in the Church. They have it 24/7 inside, which might explain the attacks.

She has two sons. One of them when he was a child got beaten up by a crowd of anti Catholic bigots and has been left deaf ever since. She showed not a trace of bitterness. Quite a lesson in itself.

As she talked an old Parish Priest of mine , Father Sean walked up and though she had never met him before she gave him a hug because. I suppose that was a lesson too.:)

I remember what St Mother Teresa of Calcutta said, 'Some people come into your life as Lights and some as Lessons'.

I think she was a little Light.:)
